About the Role

As the Marketing Manager at Pugpig you’ll be working hands-on, driving customer acquisition growth and customer communications through digital marketing, events and multichannel communications to our audience of leading media professionals. All while exemplifying the Pugpig brand values.  You’ll be working collaboratively with our new business, customer success, product development and engineering teams. You will be the champion for company communications and audience data, while creating marketing materials (copywriting, working with design) and managing the marketing budget.  


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage all Pugpig marketing activities with a focus on driving lead generation and customer acquisition growth
  • Coordinate all digital marketing initiatives across Google, LinkedIn and social media platforms
  • Own and continuously improve the pugpig.com website with support from the Pugpig development team
  • Manage our Hubspot CRM database of prospects, leads, customers and companies in collaboration with the sales team
  • Create marketing materials (copywriting, creative assets) across digital media, print media, and event channels as necessary to deliver campaigns
  • Develop and manage Pugpig events and coordinate Pugpig participation in external industry events
  • Work collaboratively with partner organisations to create content which keeps the Pugpig brand front of mind for our potential customers 
  • Lead by example in communicating clearly internally on our goals, progress to date and future plans
  • Manage a marketing budget with focus on optimising customer acquisition growth and marketing ROI for the UK, USA and beyond
  • Define (and continuously refine) marketing best practices and process across our teams in London and New York

Job requirements

About you:

  • You have experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally within a SaaS company or media business
  • You have previous experience in creating, delivering and analysing marketing communications
  • You love speaking to customers and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re happy working in a busy, buzzy environment and are adept at juggling multiple priorities at a time
  • You’re tech savvy and have a genuine interest in software and products
